How can I make a reservation with KidZone Party Rentals?

To reserve , just call us at 317-663-3301 or email us at reservations@kidzonepartyrentals.com and we will reserve your equipment and answer any questions that you may have.

 

How far in advance should I make reservations?

We are always taking reservations for equipment. The sooner you call the better.  Most equipment during the summer season gets booked about 3 weeks in advance, if not more.

 

How do I pay?

We do require a 25% deposit by credit card to reserve a rental for your party.  Deposits are non-refundable.  The only exception to this is when we have to cancel due to conditions stated in our Weather Policy section of our Rental Policies page. 

 

The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event.  We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.  All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

 

Does KidZone Party Rentals have insurance?

Yes.  We carry a liability insurance policy.  Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from KidZone Party Rentals are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment.  We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.

 

Can my company or organization be an additional insured on the KidZone policy?

Yes.  We are able to add you to our policy as an additional insured.  There is an additional charge for this.  Please contact us for details.

 

What type of surface can an inflatable be placed on?

The safest surface to set up an inflatable would be on grass, but it can also be set up on concrete, asphalt, and gymnasium floors.  Please let us know what type of surface the inflatable will be placed on when making your reservation, so that we can provide the appropriate type of anchors for your event.

 

What is the capacity of the inflatables?

What type of power is required for an inflatable?

The inflatable should be within 100ft. of a 110v outlet.  We will supply the power cord, but we do ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet being used. 

 

Can I have an inflatable at a park?

You must call that park in advance to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable there.  Many parks require a permit to have an inflatable set up and can take as many as 10 days to process.  If a 110v outlet is not available, such as at a park, we can provide a power generator for an additional charge.
