Rental Policies |

Rental Agreement All individuals and/or companies that rent from KidZone Party Rentals are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.
Delivery Our inflatable prices include set-up, delivery, and take-down for some areas. Please check to verify whether your area is included. An additional delivery charge will be added for those who live outside of the designated area.
NOTE: Deliveries for rentals that are less than $150 may require an additional delivery fee.
Deposit We do require a 25% deposit by credit card or check to reserve a rental for your party. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event.
Preparation Inflatables can’t be set up on a slope, as it’s just not safe. Please find a relatively flat surface on which the inflatable can be setup. Make sure the dimensions of the selected area will accommodate the inflatable you have selected. Clear the area of rocks, sticks, and other debris before we arrive to set up your inflatable. We will also inspect the area before we set up, ensuring that the most ideal and safest area has been selected.
Do you have an irrigation system? Please let us know this when you make your reservation. We may choose to secure the unit with sandbags instead of stakes if you are unsure where the irrigation lines are.
Weather Policy Your child’s safety is our main concern. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel outdoor events due to rain, snow, very high winds, or when the temperature falls below 40° F.
Cancellations You can call and cancel your rental at any time, but the deposit is non-refundable. The only exception to this is when we have to cancel due to conditions stated in our Weather Policy. In those cases, the deposit is refundable.
A deposit can always be used toward a future rental if you would like to reschedule for a new date.
After we set up the unit, there are no refunds.
